What the Heck is a Paradigm Shift?

WHAT IS A PARADIGM?

Paradigms are mental programs that have almost exclusive control over our habitual behavior … and almost all of our behavior is habitual.

Paradigms control

  •  the way you view yourself, the world and opportunity
  • how you approach change and challenges
  • your success and happiness in life.

Paradigms are who you are.

Paradigm Shifts are the only way to bridge the gap between how you’re currently living and how you want to live. A Paradigm Shift is a fundamental change in approach or underlying assumptions. It is an important change that happens when the usual way of thinking about or doing something is replaced by a new and different way.

Bob Proctor

Bob Proctor went from down and out to earning well over a $1,000,000 inside of 5 years.  He was completely baffled by the truly dramatic changes that occurred in his life. So he set out on a quest to answer the burning questions – WHY and HOW? … Why did his life change? How could someone with no education and no business experience be creating such success?

He knew if he could answer these questions, he could share what he learned with others so they could do the same. He studied the mind, human potential and himself with some of the greatest minds the world has ever known. And low and behold, after 9 years, he found his answer.

Bob Proctor has been teaching people the various aspects of changing their paradigm for more than 40 years. Read more about Bob and his teachings here.

And now he is teaching the entire process at a seminar called Paradigm Shift in February, 2018 in Los Angeles, California.

You’ll discover how to:

  • Identify your paradigms
  • Replace a paradigm that doesn’t serve you well with a new one that frees you to create the life you really want
  • Transform your finances, health, and lifestyle

If you can’t be there in person, a livestream of the entire event is available. Watch from the comfort of your home just as if you were there. Click here and register today.  Don’t miss out on these three powerful days in February.

BE the Person You are Supposed to BE

     What does it mean?

BE – What does it mean?

I thought about this question for weeks and came up with lots of answers. It took me a while to figure it out, and I’m still not sure if I have it totally figured out, but here are some of the things I came up with:

  • Live
  • Grow
  • Live Your Purpose
  • Have a Meaningful Life
  • Exist
  • Breath
  • Focus on The Present – not the past or the future
  • Experience the Quality of Being
  • Mindfulness
  • Be What You were Meant to Be

And more as indicated in the poster above:

  • Loyal
  • Worthy
  • Able
  • Tender
  • Trusting
  • Trustworthy
  • Thoughtful
  • Valuable
  • Wise and still more…
  • Caring
  • Enthusiastic
  • Receptive
  • Humble and still more … I’m sure
Then I found some quotes that added even more depth to subject:
  • “Let us live so that when we come to die even the undertaker will be sorry” …          Mark Twain
  • “I find the best way to love someone is not to change them, but instead, help them reveal the greatest version of themselves.” … Steve Maraboli
  • “ Our time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.” … Steve Jobs
  • “ Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind.” … Bernard M. Maruch
  • “Be yourself, but always your better self.” … Karl G. Maeser

These quotes and these definitions make me realize again (I say again, because I realize this over and over and over) that we must all really, Really, REALLY work on figuring out what it is that we were put on this Earth to BE. What is your WHY? You need to figure it out!

G_D gave each and every one of us a mission to fulfill and complete for ourselves, for humanity and for G_D Himself. We all have a very specific reason to be here. Unfortunately many of us are never able to figure it out.  What a loss for the human potential.

So how does one BE? There are many ways. Here are just a few:

  • Meditate
  • Mindful and aware
  • Focus on what is happening right this minute
  • Pray
  • Have Faith
  • Be Grateful

It took a while, but I think I have it  now. I think I know. It’s all of the above, but mostly it is  BE what G_D intended you to be.  HE gave us all the tools and potential to become and do something great in this world. Give yourself a chance to BE that person.

The best we will ever BE is to fill this potential with what we are being imbued.  In other words, the best we will ever BE is what G_D intended for us,  not what we are making. If you want to be the most fulfilled that you could ever BE, you have to be what you are.  Nothing will be more gratifying than to BE what you are.  Take advantage of that momentum, of what G_D is continually making you BE and let yourself BE that person. Let go of who you think you are, BE who you truly are.

Mastering Our Emotions Leads to Success

It’s time to Master Our Emotions

It’s time for us all to get a hold of our emotions so we can focus on the things that need to get done and the things we want to achieve, so that we can reach our potential and become the person we are supposed to be.

It’s time  to change our mind, change our mind frame, change our perception, change our state, and change our reality.

We all need to stop hitting the panic button all the time.  Hitting the panic button too much, makes us  unable to make the proper decisions.  We need to start showing some restraint and controlling our emotions instead of  letting our emotions control us.

It’s the mind not the body that needs to slow down.  The mind runs a marathon all day long, thinking of the past, thinking of the future, thinking about what was, what will be, why this happened, why that happened. When the mind is still, a person can hear their soul, and it is the soul that will tell you what you need to do in life. When the mind is constantly on, on, on, you can’t hear your soul telling you what you need to do.

People make decisions when their minds are in the absolutely worst states, when their minds are in the toilet.

It’s time to break the pattern of thinking that takes us to a negative place. Break it, even if it’s something silly.  If you don’t, that pattern will go into a negative pattern, which will ultimately lead to depression.  We all need to be aware of our emotions and how to deal with them.

As Tony Robbins says, most of us suffer from a lack of direction. We have lots of information, but no direction.  Why? Because our hearts are not activated.  Feeling from the heart is a lost art for most people.  How can a person find him or herself in the world if she or he can’t even find themselves?  How can one know oneself if he’s thinking so fast, he can’t slow down to hear his own voice, let alone his soul.

Tony also says that it’s a good sign when a person gets these negative emotions, because it’s a call to action that something has to change, and it tells a person that they have to do something about it, and fast.  These emotions are in a way a person’s best friend because they tell you that you either have to change your perception about something or you have to change your action about something.   Change your state quickly when you feel the following emotions:

  • Discomfort
  • Fear
  • Hurt
  • Anger
  • Frustration
  • Disappointment
  • Guilt
  • Inadequacy
  • Depressed
  • Loneliness

Feeling any of these emotions is a sign that you are not in charge of your mind. So get in charge of your mind. Do something. Get into action mode. Inspiration will get you started. Then  discipline, strong habits, and commitment need to take over. Instead of feeling fear have faith. Instead of feeling disappointment, think about what you have achieved. Instead of feeling frustrated, do something different. instead of feeling guilty, don’t do that thing again.

Start to reprogram your subconscious so you will start to believe differently. Do a Paradigm Shift.

Say the right things to your brain. You will change.  Constant negative garbage that you say to yourself makes you be that way.  Why would you say something to yourself that doesn’t make you feel good? Because you’re not in control of your mind. Reprogram your brain to believe that every day is a brand new day, that every day is a brand new opportunity. Just because you failed yesterday, doesn’t mean you will fail today if you have that belief system ingrained in your mind.

You can reprogram your subconscious through paradigm shifts.  Paradigms are mental programs that have almost exclusive control over our habitual behavior … and almost all of our behavior is habitual.  When you experience a paradigm shift, an important change happens when your usual way of thinking about or doing something is replaced by a new and different way.  Click here and learn more about paradigm shifts, what they are, why they are important, how to make them and more.
